Peter Dinklage of the House of Lannister from Game of Thrones wins Emmy yesterday night. He received an award of Best Supporting Actor in a drama series portraying Tyrion Lannister. Lannister known for a motto of, “Lannister always pays his debt.”
In his speech:
“Wow, I followed Martin Scorsese,” Dinklage marveled, referring to the winner of the previous category. “I couldn’t do this without David Benioff and Dan Weiss, the producers, they were the first to call me and tell me about this part. HBO you’re quite simply the best place to work for you — you let artists create.”
…and as I expected, he’s won a well deserved Emmy award too…
